Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn apparel back in its original packaging, ensuring that all designer tags and accessories are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
